Book J & M Photography for your event

If you would like us to cover your event or party, please complete the booking request form, giving us as much notice as possible and sending us a show schedule and map with any directions how to find the venue.

There is no attendance fee to have us at your event, just contact us to check if we are available.

With on-site printing at your event, we will display thumbnails of all images taken on display boards. Anyone wishing to purchase a print will then be shown the image on screen before it is printed. All on site prints will be a nominal 6” x 8” and strut mounted. Any other sizes will be available online through this website.

All online albums will contain all the successful images taken of the day’s events.

Please inform your entrants that photographic prints will be available on the day or on-line at www.jnmphotography.co.uk .

J & M Photography owns copyright on all images and they must not be copied without their written consent.

We are happy to provide event organizers with a selection of images on disk for display on the club website or use in the club newsletter upon request. The Copyright Act of 1988 states that all images published must be credited to the photographer or company owning copyright.

We understand that events are sometimes cancelled or postponed. We ask that if a cancellation is unavoidable, that as much notice is given to us as possible.

Once booked, J & M Photography will make every effort to attend and deliver high quality images of an event. In the event of a breakdown, equipment failure or non-attendance for any other reason, we will not be held liable for any compensation.
