Be aware that when purchasing any goods or services over the Internet, that you are entering a legally binding contract. All orders for goods or services are accepted on the strict understanding that the terms and conditions of J & M Photography will form the only contract between J & M Photography and the person placing the order.

J & M Photography reserve the right to amend its prices, terms and conditions or any aspect of this website without prior notice.

Payment for an order is by cash, credit card or cheque with the order (allow five days for cheques to clear the banking system before the order is processed).

Orders will be invoiced directly to the person placing the order, who will be held financially responsible, unless otherwise instructed in writing at the time of placing the order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched by Royal Mail as soon as possible, but allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Customers will be liable for the total costs of any debt recovery services or legal costs in the event of debts owing to J & M Photography.

Post and Packaging

All orders up to A4 (29.7mm x 210mm) size will be sent in a card-backed envelope, clearly marked ‘DO NOT BEND’, by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders in excess of £50.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Service. This method ensures that you receive your order in good condition and allows the larger orders to be covered by insurance.

Once an order has been dispatched and has left our premises or entered the postal system, J & M Photography cannot be held responsible or liable for any order or package that is damaged, stolen or lost in transit.

J & M Photography will offer no compensation for late deliveries or for any loss of business, goodwill, time, expenses or profits caused by errors or delay on the part of J & M Photography or their agents.

Our liability for unsatisfactory goods will be to replace the goods with like kind or to refund payments received up to, but never exceeding, the value of our invoice.

Refunds/Reprints

Any claims for errors, shortfalls, incorrect or damaged goods must be made within five days (including weekends and Public Holidays) of receipt of an order by Royal Mail delivery or before leaving our stand at an event, for us to consider reprints or refunds. No refund will be made on postage and packaging. Any refund or reprint will be at the sole discretion of J & M Photography.

No refund will be made on image prints that are not faulty, due to the customised nature of a print. Faulty prints must be returned at the customer’s expense and J & M Photography’s only liability is to the replacement of the print or, at our discretion, a refund up to but not exceeding, our invoice amount.

Any complaints must be made to J & M Photography in writing as soon as practicable after the occurrence that prompted the complaint. Click contact us link for details.

Placing an order with, or booking the services of J & M Photography implies that these Terms & Conditions have been read and accepted.
